Help Build The Future Of Trade Compliance

Rodex is building a platform that helps exporters, importers and traders obtain, organize, maintain and continuously update the information required to sell products internationally.

Become a Co‑Founder
Modern trade compliance is no longer a documentation problem.
It is an information acquisition problem.

Why This Matters

€2T+
European Union goods imports per year
$3T+
United States goods imports per year
$3T+
Chinese exports per year
580K+
EU companies importing goods from China

Why Now?

2023
CBAM reporting begins
2024
GPSR enters force
2025
EUDR rollout expands
2026+
Digital Product Passports emerge
Next
More traceability. More reporting. More supplier data.

We must roll out Rodex during Q3 2026 because EU implements its new very strict regulations now, and it will hit SMEs very hard in many ways. It's not just a matter of filling in some new form. They urgently need an IT system that can assist them, or else they may face high fines, get their shippings delayed or their goods seized by customs. They must also find a representing party within EU, obtain technical information not only for their own products and their suppiers' parts, but also for the package material. For some of them, these new rules may simply become a total show stopper.

Act now!

But... Why is Rodex the solution?

The fact is that our target users have too many pain points and that means a lot of solutions, also too many to list here. So send me an email and I'll tell you more.

User Segment

The Rodex Saas system targets SME manufacturers, marchants, exporters, importers suppliers and wholesalers in the supply chain primarily between Asia, the EU and USA.

Can your supplier prove that none of its suppliers use restricted substances above regulatory thresholds?

DPP

The Supplier Change Problem

Imagine that one of your suppliers silently replaces a component. A capacitor. An adhesive. A plastic additive. A battery cell.

The change may affect REACH compliance, test reports, declarations of conformity, battery documentation, carbon footprint calculations, technical files, product passports and customs classifications.

Yet many importers never learn that the change happened.

A compliance record is not a document. It is a living structure of interconnected information.

Rodex is being built to detect, track and manage these dependencies before they become customs problems, compliance failures or product recalls.

The most dangerous compliance issue is often not missing information. It is believing that information collected two years ago is still correct today.
